Ordering
• Minimum order: $600/ initial & $400/re-order
• To order, please send us an email (hello@weftend.com) with the items and quantities you are after. We will then send you a draft order with shipping costs to review.
Pricing
• Wholesale pricing is 50% off retail prices listed here.
• All prices are listed in Canadian dollars.
• Buyer agrees to sell products at suggested MSRP or higher. (Excluding sales or promos).
Shipping
• Orders will be shipped after the payment is received in full.
• Orders will ship within 10 business days of payment. Dates may vary for special orders, you will receive an estimated date with the invoice.
• You will receive an email confirmation with tracking.
• Should you require rush shipping please let us know.
• International customers will be responsible for any customs or duties they may incur.
• All orders ship from Halifax, Nova Scotia, Canada.
Limited Quantities
• Colourways are hand-dyed in small batches and therefore limited edition.
• Should any item be sold out in your order you will be notified immediately and informed if it can be special ordered.
Exchange
• We will process exchanges for damaged items only. Please inspect items upon arrival and alert us within 5 days of receiving order if an exchange is required.
Promotion
• Your shop information and address may be used on our website or other promotional avenues to direct our customers to your shop.
Attribution
• If our products are listed online or in a press feature Weft End must be attributed as the brand.
Handmade Quality
• Please keep in mind that due to the handmade nature of our products small variations can occur.
