HOLIDAY RETURN POLICY

It's the holidays and you want to get a loved one a gorgeous 100% G.O.T.S. Organic Cotton + Ethically made present! But, oh no what if they open it and it's not what they wanted or the wrong size??

We've extended our return policy just for that reason and just for the Holidays!

All purchases made before Dec. 25th can be returned or exchanged until January 2nd.

Please follow our regular return/exchange protocol:

Sale Items cannot be returned and are considered Final Sale. 

All returned items must be unused, in the same condition as received. Returned items that are damaged or used may not be accepted for refund or exchange at the discretion of Weft End.

Original shipping fees are non-refundable. Customer is responsible for return shipping charges. A refund will be issued back to the original method of payment.

How do I return?

  • To return an eligible item, please contact hello@weftend.com. Please include your Order # and reason for return. 
  • You will get a confirmation email with shipping guidelines.

How soon will I get my refund?

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to the original method of payment. This will happen within 10 business days.
