Shipping & Returns
SHIPPING DURING THE COVID-19 CRISIS:
We will only be doing Postal drop offs once a week so please be patient with us.
As we pack orders will be adhering to the Public Heath Guidelines of physical distancing and sanitization.
Allow extra time for your order to arrive to you. Things are still moving around Canada and to the USA but it's all slower then usual.
Local delivery is available for orders over $100 within Halifax and Downtown Dartmouth.
Please note we currently can only do deliveries on weekends. After your order is confirmed you will receive an email to arrange the drop off.
Free shipping on orders over $200 within Canada & USA.
Flat Rate Shipping:
$12 for any order within Canada.
$15 for any order heading to the USA.
$50 for all international orders.
Packages are shipped through CanadaPost and USPS or UPS and typically take 5-11 business days (within North America) and 10-14 business days (internationally). Once the shipment has left our facility you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.
Should you require faster shipping please send us an email and we will send you a quote on express options.
If your package was sent via Canada Post you can use the provided tracking number on the USPS website. Once it crosses the border to the US, the USPS website is more accurate. And you can contact them directly if there was a delivery issue, etc. Or email us for help!
Items purchased from Weft End can be returned or exchanged within 7 days after you receive your order. Sale Items cannot be returned and are considered Final Sale.
All returned items must be unused, in the same condition as received. Returned items that are damaged or used may not be accepted for refund or exchange at the discretion of Weft End.
Original shipping fees are non-refundable. Customer is responsible for return shipping charges. A refund will be issued back to the original method of payment.
How do I return?
- To return an eligible item, please contact firstname.lastname@example.org. Please include your Order # and reason for return.
- You will get a confirmation email with shipping guidelines.
How soon will I get my refund?
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to the original method of payment. This will happen within 10 business days.
